The staff went above and beyond to make our stay better and they are the soul of this place. The room was clean, not too big but has everything you need. Great buffet breakfast.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful and they are all so friendly. Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom suite, with a large lounge/dining area, giving plenty of space for our family of 4 (especially with 2 teenagers!). easy to walk in to the village and nice quiet location.

The food menu half board was very generous but it would have been nice to be able to order a smaller portion or alter the menu option as it felt wrong to order every course just because we had paid for it! The food was delicious just too much =)

Booked half board then presented with a bill for dinner but after 3 minutes chat between the team it was withdrawn. Larger of the 2 shower heads needs fixing in 604 as it pours water all over the floor and caused a smell of damp very evident on arrival (no problem though!) Team could perhaps give thought to allocating lower floor rooms to 70 plus year olds, however assistance was proactively and happily given!

The staff , it was close to tavernas and the town.

The room was disappointing and the bathroom terrible with no shelf even to place our things. It was also small and just not up to standard at all with tubes sticking out of the wall and dated decor: No privacy in the suites, people parking their car could look into the room. The gardener looking into our room from 6 am and wetting all our clothes that had been laid out to dry. The setting of the hotel was disappointing up a dirt track and no sea view. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday with no variety. The ac wasn’t easy to regulate and left the room too cold, but if we turned the ac off and opened the huge windows it was too hot. So we slept outside some nights.

Very short stay but wish i could have stayed longer. Nice pool area and very welcoming staff.
