I'm an experienced traveler, I'm so impressed with the customer service and all the small attentions, chocolates, phone call at the room, cold towels at the gym. Everything was perfect for us! We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff was simply amazing 👏 Bravo to all the staff especially Sandrine she was exceptional. We are originally from Ottawa Ontario and we were suppose to stay only 1 night ended up staying 3. The pool was pristine, the gym was so clean. The hotel restaurant was great and they even had an adult only section!! Pure awesomeness! I would highly recommend this place 100%. We will definitely be back with family and friends 🧡

"Hôtel confortable et bien situé pour les excursions en voiture"

Hôtel calme entre le fjord du Saguenay et le Lac St Jean. Pratique donc pour visiter la région (voiture indispensable). Belle piscine et bon confort. Un peu au milieu de rien pour ceux qui recherchent les animations

"Good value for money - would stay again"

Very spacious room (02 queen beds); ideal for a small family. Hotel facilities were great: swimming pool, gym, close-by restaurants. Many parking spaces available for free.

Noisy air-conditioning, even after we turned it off (or so we thought...). Also, for the price, a breakfast could have also been included.

Le gentil persomnel

La toilette ne fonctionnait presque pas. Difficile de tirer la chasse d eau. Je croyais à un moment qu il y aurait un débordement. Des jeunes faisaient bc de bruits dans le passage. J étais a la chambre 512 et j entendais crier. Et qqun a cogne à ma porte à 21h et qqun à tenter d ouvrir ma porte. Ma mère a presque 80 ans nous avons eu très peur.

Je trouve très étonnant que le restaurant de l'Hotel soit un Boston Pizza. J'aurais aimé une meilleure nourriture. Par ailleurs, impossible de trouver TVA sur la télé. Très étrange. Ni TVA ni TVA Sport.
