Location was dirty, blood on sheets, dirty toilet, broken shower, door didn’t shut right, smells were horrible, staff didn’t help at all, breakfast was yucky and only one option. Will never stay again! One word; gross
Hotel needs severe renovations. Our mattress and sheets had holes in them.
The room was nasty with looked like 20 year old carpet and a couch that looked they brought it from being outside, it was dirty. No ventilation in the room or bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel ever again! They do not provide continental breakfast like they said either. If you are lucky you may be able to make you one waffle.

The pool wasn’t clean and was broken. The rooms smelled horrible and they had cockroaches
I’m really not the type to leave bad reviews or be negative AT ALL, but I had scheduled a trip to go out to SPI & came across The Inn hotel. Gave it a try to book somewhere new to try & it was super close to the bars & restaurants. I come to check in around 3 PM & over hear them tell the lady in front of me her room was not ready, that they only have 2 housekeepers working. So I then ask “if I’m checking in does that mean my room is not ready” she agreed. Told me to check back in a couple hours bc she has not heard back from housekeeping in over an hour…there were people also waiting for pool towels and others waiting for their room. I check in almost an hour later & I get to a room with the bed still not done, furniture moved around just didn’t make me feel comfortable. So I asked is there a way to get my money back just cause I was already frustrated for everything already & they said no but can offer me another room. Totally different room than what I booked & smelled like a pack of cigarettes!! Restroom was disgusting, the jetted tub in the room was literally falling apart. As a customer, you use your 5 senses. I was SUPER disappointed. I ended up leaving the keys in the room & staying at another hotel for only ONE NIGHT. That’s how uncomfortable me and my boyfriend were….

The water pressure was too low
The wifi was terrible.
