clean, close to everything, great pressure, and good hot water system. icy cold aircon and comfy bed

not the hotels fault, but one of the other residents was disrespectful.

Very cosy and well appointed small rooms. Facilities excellent as were the staff , very comfortable and relaxing. Wifi excellent & TV great reception.

A little out of the way but this could be seen as a plus for many folk. Actually it was in the heart of a lovely part of Kuta.

The location was a close walk to all shopping and eating areas. I lived at the hotel 3-4 weeks and felt safe at all times. There was always security day ad night and I appreciate they made me feel at home. Rafael and Mr were lovely and my requests were always met cheerfully and not a bother. Both are hard-working and they could often be seen maintaining the hotel. There was also one other who did one off heavy work. Staff were very kind and helpful. I was put into another room after an especially heavy rainfall loosened roof tiles in the bathroom. It was also a lovely room with a beautiful view.

For the owner. The S bend pipe in the bathroom washbasin needs to be cleaned. This is a job for a plumber. It was slow emptying and will soon stop draining.

Really good staff, the room was spacious, nice and clean.

Flight arrived late but the Hosts waited for me to arrive very nice gentleman greeted me, had a great room, fridge, big bed, toilet shower, was perfect for the 2 nights i stayed, very roomy for solo traveler. enjoyed reading my book on the balcony. good location to coffee shops. absolutely perfect. Thanks for having me will defs stay again :)

Everything. Such a kind and wonderful host. Thank you. Lovely bed and cushion. Great aircon. Hot, lovely shower. Quiet. Waited up late for me as I arrived late from a flight. Bless you for all your kindness.
