Hotel Atithi

Staff were helpful close to airport.

Toilets were a little dirty especially the shower and in corners etc. You gave to run the hot water for at least 5mins before it becomes hot which is such a waste of water.

Room was a good size and clean

Notified hotel about early check in, at the time of booking, which was ignored. had to pay an extra charge on arrival. Key card never worked during stay, had to keep going to reception every time, so the staff could let me in the room. Staff would come into the room without knocking. Checking out was a disaster, man at reception could not work out the total money owed, which took around 30 minutes. even told him I had to catch a flight but still no joy or apology for wasting time.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, as were the porters. The swimming pool was welcome after a long day visiting Ajanta and Ellora. The bed was comfortable.

We had to move rooms because there was a bad smell in the first one allocated. But that was handled quickly and efficiently.

I stayed in a newly modern renovated room. The bed and pillow was excellent. Room was spacious and nice furnitured with modern leather armchairs. Excellent tiled bathroom with a great shower space, incl. a ceiling shower with great pressure and heat. I had a panorama window toward the pool. The service was very good.

Heavy trafficated road nearby the hotel (though my room was not affected).

Clean and generous sized room. Good restaurant. Plenty of socket and even a couple of USB points. Very good value for money.
