I really appreciated the great customer service we received from Micah upon our arrival. She was so friendly and so nice. And I definitely cant forget about Ayuji, the morning front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond with her customer service. Whether I was asking about the strawberry water or requesting more towels, she always responded with a pleasant smile and upbeat attitude. This Hampton location really has some true gems, Micah and Anyuji, you really made the stay for my family and I very enjoyable, and I would definitely come back, just because of you two.

The breakfast bar wasn't as plentiful as it should have been

"Nice hotel"

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Everything was nice. Did not like the bathroom door because there was no privacy you could not shut the door completely. It was a sliding barn door and was opened easily. It did not lock. We left something in the room and they called us to tell us that the item was left, that is extremely nice!
