The hosts were great checking in and checking out! I appreciate that there were security cameras throughout the entire surrounding property which gave my husband and I an added layer of security! Overall my stay went well.

I didn't like the lobby restroom for all visitors, (female's). There were handles missing from the sink, no sheet liners for the toilet. A lot of housekeeping needs to be done... it's very unsanitary the makeup of the public facility.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.. that is the only thing good that I can say about it.

Upon arrival I used the restrooms in the lobby and they needed some TLC. Definitely needs fixing and updating. There was toilet paper in the sink. I was given my hotel key and was tokd told to go through the gate and park in the back, and proceed up to the 4th floor which we did. Our room was all the way at the other end (401) and of course the other elevator was not working. We entered our room and the first thing I always do is check the beds, and I’m glad I did. There was dirt on the sheets, orange stains from drinks/food, and hair in the bed. I immediately took pictures and walked downstairs. The front desk lady offered for me to switch rooms ( hubby said no due to possibly having same issue in another room ) or having housekeeping come up to change the bedding. We agreed on changing the sheets and that took us awhile to get someone. We were there to explore the town yet we were sitting around waiting for housekeeping. Yes, we could have left and went into town, but given the situation we wanted to stay and make sure our bed sheets were all changed out. The housekeepers were nice ( they weren’t able to speak English ) but they also took pictures of the nasty bed, smiled, and got it done for us. Then later to top it off the TV would not work. I had to go back downstairs ( they do not provide phones in the room ) to get someone help. The guy was polite and came right up to help. It took him a little bit and 2 remotes later to get it to work just to tell me that I needed to come back downstairs to get new batteries for one of the remotes or I would have to alternate between the remotes SINCE one worked for channels and the other for volume. We were unable to use the pool as it was dirty and the bottom step to the ladder was broken off and laying on the floor of the pool. Breakfast they claim, but it’s not. There are 2 kinds of cereal, hard boiled eggs sitting on the counter and yogurts. The staff is friendly is the only good thing that we can say.
