Everything. Took an hour to get hot water. Called the front desk and the Indian lady told me to deal with it or leave and i wouldn't be getting a refund. The hallway smells like weed and mold. Stay away from this place!!!!!!! They require a $50 deposit and the fat White lady at the desk was rude about it. It's worth $25 a night. Not $100.

The fact they have a breakfast.

Tv had 4 channels, and two buttons worked on the remote, 2nd stay at this hotel this has happened to us. Ac didn’t work right and smelled musty, it had rained a few days before and the carpet by the ac was all wet. Had a neighborhood blackout that lasted a couple hours with no generator so we had to stay in our vehicles for the time being and no refund was offered for the inconvenience.

The room layout was nice. The staff was nice as well and addressed my concerns quickly. I wish I would have brought a swin suit because the pool area was nice.

The large space between the door and the floor. People were smoking in the hotel and weren't supposed to. I am allergic to smoke, so I had to place a wet towel at the door to keep it out. The breakfast layout could have been done better.

Beds were comfortable breakfast had a little variety Staff for the most part were nice

They seem to have a plumbing issue likely with the P-trap in the drains that create a foul odor Despite there being wifi and a smart tv you could only use the limited cable there was zero options to use the smart functions on the tv The WiFi was useless Only one working elevator a lot of rundown/broken equipment none of which we used (gym , vending machines all down) Limited pool hours with required front desk check in for approval to access the pool (requires a wristband)
