"The Shuttle service was PERFECT"

The hotel is conveniently located to DFW airport and many of the attractions just across the interstate. There is a large mall with a bass pro shop attached, which was enjoyable during the breaks in our meetings. There is a shuttle service available to guest staying at the hotel and it was most enjoyable not to have to move my car for the three daysthat I was there. I can say that the front desk staff as well as the shuttle drivers were most accommodating!

The stay and hotel itself was pretty good

It was like pulling teeth going back and forth on a refund back in January due to the snow storm. Still have yet to receive the refund. It’s now March. If you ever need a refund or cancellation for any reason at all don’t expect to get it…
