Nice hotel! Wish we had some decent sheets and covers that’s not totally stained up could have smelled a little better the couch was dirty stains all over it. The coffee (light coffee) for the 2nd time was still cold I I dislike cold coffee to the price we paid wasn’t happy about it all to experience all this

"Toilet full of urine!!!"

Our toilet wouldn’t flush, we were on the 5th floor after reporting it , we were told maintenance would not be in until 9. I will put you on the list. I felt like this was already an issue before check in. The water was slow draining in the tub after a shower. Upon checkout , I asked for a discount off of our room, the young lady in training basically said you’re next on the list for repair, the other attendant was just smiling from ear to ear. First of that’s nasty that we couldn’t flush our toilet & maintenance should be on staff before 9. I guess if it over flowed, it would have been ok too. I will never stay at this Hampton inn location. That excellent rating is false.

"Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area!"

The staff were amazing especially Mimi and the sweet lady that handled breakfast! Place was very clean which i appreciated because I had my 6month old with me!

My only complaint was having to wait a hour for the room to be cleaned before we could check in but they apologized and gave us some free snacks and drinks to make up for it!

The breakfast was good and the location was nice.

1. Giant water bug crawled across the bed! They offered for us to move rooms but they didn’t have any that would accommodate my family of 4. 2. You must beg for wash cloths! You start with three towels and wash cloths. So, My husband had to go and get a 4th just for us to all shower before bed on day one. House keeping did not come the entirety of our two night stay so we had to keep going to beg for more wash cloths. They acted like it was a problem. If four people are going to bathe once a day (twice if we do fun vacation activities) we need wash cloths! At one point I texted the front desk asking for more and it was RECOMMENDED that I USE the WASHROOM on the 5th floor….which costs money! Unbelievable! 3. The room was sold as a Queen suite. It was full size beds. Not queen size!
