Hampton Inn Dry Ridge

Everything, inspite of construction. It was a great stay. The staff was phenomenal.

I liked it all

Bed and room was comfortable. Was a clean room. Staff were very courteous. The location was very convenient. We usually always stay at a Hampton when we travel somewhere.

They were in the middle of renovations in the pool and gym area so was a mess on the 1st floor. They also had a water leak coming from the ceiling on 1st floor you have to walk through to get to the elevator. They do not tell you this when you book the room online. The guests on our floor were very loud and rude all throughout the night.

Staff was amazing, great location for our visit , unfortunately they were under construction and re model, that was not on the listing when I booked

Having to go across the street to use the pool was not good , we book this hotel because they had a pool and when we checked in realized they were being remodeled and didn't have a pool for us to use unless we walked across the street to another motel , was not very convenient

Friendly staff, wide variety of choices for breakfast, comfy beds and pillows

I was not aware of construction that was taking place at the hotel until we arrived. This Hampton Inn is underway with a major construction project. We could hear construction during our stay which was disappointing.

The proximity to where we want to go was very close

There is construction going on within the hotel and one of the reasons why I picked this hotel was because of the pool. The pool was under renovations and were told we could go across the road to the other hotel to use the pool.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were standard size which was different (larger) than another Hampton Inn we stayed at. The breakfast was good, what you'd expect. at this type of hotel. There were 2 protein/egg options, cereal, but the yogurt was only the sugar kind, not Greek yogurt. The waffle iron was a nice touch.

We could have used more towels in the room.

The location is good with a good neighborhood. The breakfast is good.

Unfortunately the swimming pool and fitness center is currently under renovation.
