Excellent Hotel! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The breakfast was awesome and well stocked with an assortment food. The main Plus was the service we received from the front desk employee who checked us in. Her name was Cyndy, and she went above and beyond to assure us that our stay would be comfortable. She was so very kind and knowledgeable! Hampton Inn should be very Proud to have an employee like her!

"Reasonable, but don’t book direct with hotel."

Location to The Ark Experience and reasonable cost.

When I contracted the hotel directly to check pricing and asked if they would honor a third party price (booking.com), he said no and mentioned if I did book through a third party my room may not be guaranteed. I hung up, booked it through booking.com at the lower price and everything was good.
