Hampton Inn El Dorado

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice

Wonderful customer care from front desk staff. Both young ladies were responsive and accommodating. It is pretty close to down town and where I was working. I will most likely stay again when I return. No issues.

The hotel staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances, Madison deserves great credit for being courteous and professional with so many checking in at the same time, and having to figure out on her own how to get it done. She should not, nor should anyone be on duty without at least one other person there at all times, not fair to the staff or the customers. The bed in room 117 was hard as a brick, we finally went to sleep after 1 AM from exhaustion, never did get comfortable, the next night was no better, we will never stay at this hotel again and it has been our favorite for 10 years. The covid restrictions on the breakfast service has hurt it, again the staff was doing the best she could, in fact she was really nice and helpful, but its tough when you have a roomful of people all trying to eat at the same time. I know it's been tough on hotels but its been tough on customers too, help us out.

I liked the stay because if I didn't want my room cleaned staff didn't have to come in. All we needed for the stay was clean towels which we got those in a timely manner. My room was very clean and we enjoyed the stay.

Improvement of manger attitude towards guest . She doesn’t listen to her guest . She said she do what she wants, and hurry and called Hilton before I called .She lied about the situation , and I have witness and proof.

Great time

Room was very nice. Had a issue we had to deal with the manager, who one was dressed very un professional, but two would not let me speak and continuously spoke over me and began to get irate. Desk clerk was far more professional than the manager!

Hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend

I am very disappointed in this Hilton! First of all the motel clerk was nice but as a reward member, which was never acknowledged, I had to ask about my points and no water offered. The elevator was full of water. Kids were swimming in the pool tracking up the floors in the hall to the elevator and in the elevator. Please put rugs down! There is no hot breakfast! I have stayed in many motels during Covid where they still served a hot breakfast. This one had sweet cereal and granola bars for breakfast! My husband and I are diabetics and need a healthy breakfast. I paid $147 for a night and there needs to be a hot breakfast served. The room was clean and comfortable. If this is the best motel in this town I’d hate to see the worse. They also had hung a poster by the elevator that looked crappy.

Started out good. After I left I was charged $250.00. They claim I smoked in my room which I did not. Needs new manager!!!
