Continental breakfast was great. Check in & check out were great. TV doesn’t have all the channels listed on the in room chart. Purchased a wheelchair accessible room & was all the way down at the end of the top floor. I think those rooms should either be first floor or closer to the elevators. Thought the beds had hard mattresses.

The air conditioning was horrible. Room was extremely hot when I got there I only had one towel in the restroom the bed was super hard. I stay in the Hampton for business and every time I come to this hotel I always have issue with the air conditioning.

My room. The air conditioning was horrible a shut off and turned on about 27 times in the night I did not sleep the 2 nights I stayed there.
