Great hotel. Amazing room. Tv was really good, allowed for single use sign in on our own streaming services. Food options, vending machines. Overall would 100% stay again and tell others.

The staff was very friendly. Especially the lady that was helping with breakfast! She was so very nice. The beds are not very comfy and one in our room was squeaky but overall it was so nice and clean.

The reception staff gave me a lovely welcome and I LOVE the renovation! The hotel has been refreshed with excellent details like functional hooks, new beds carpeting and furniture. It makes sense except I have a large suitcase and had no where to put it. The bed was comfortable which is clutch for a hotel. Definitely an asset for the community to have a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Proof that investing in good interior design improves quality of life for happy customers. BRAVO Hampton Inn Hagerstown!!
