I was impressed with the staff checking how things were, seemed to care. I've never had that much attention given to my needs at a hotel in this price range. The snacks and beverages were great! Breakfast was great.

There was a plumbing problem that interrupted use of the bathroom the day before our checkout. Other than that, staff was reasonable in handling the situation but we did feel a little rushed by the maintenace staff initial reaction to us using the bathroom. But apparently there was a leak so we had to drain the bathtub in the middle of a critical time for us.
