More blankets in room, but I never asked for any either. A little fan in the room would be great (an unusual amenity I know, it helps me sleep and cuts down outside noise. Just a thought)

Staff was exceptional and extremely understanding! Want to call out Brett, in particular, because my dad broke his shoulder on this trip after also just having a knee replacement so it made a lot of things harder and take longer and when we needed extra time to checkout, he was very understanding and allowed it with zero issue. For my parents room and my room, actually, and also because there were threats of extreme weather, including tornadoes, they offered to give a reasonable rate if we ended up deciding to stay another night. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Nice touch having our name on the tv screen. Location was great as it was right off the highway, but also right by a lot of great shopping & restaurant options.

The beds in my room were very hard making sleep difficult.
