No TV remote and it took 2 hours and my husband going to the front desk twice to get one. The toilet was spraying water from the tank? Not sure but it was gross and there was never anyone at the desk to tell once we found out. Shampoo, etc was half used. Shower curtain reeked like mildew.

PLUSIncredibly loud fire alarm went off every 30 min or so for the first 4 hours of my stay. The next morning my key card to the side exit no longer functioned.
