Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades

Great location. Convenient to many options for food and shopping.

My only complaint is that the coffee maker in my room was missing the basket to put the coffee pod in so we couldnt brew coffee in the room. Really not a huge deal since there was hot dark roast and light roast in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the water pressure in the shower was good, my 6yo got some energy out swimming in the pool, excellent location, there is tons of places to eat and grocery stores around.

Breakfast was good! However, I prefer scrambled eggs instead of the omelet. The omelet was a little rubbery. Everything else was good. I think the snacks (soft drinks, water, chips, candy bars, etc.) in the lobby are outrageously priced. That was a disappointment.

Friendly helpful staff / General Manager! Nice restaurants in walking distance.

The staff was very kind and attentive, so no problem here. The facility was quite clean, and space was never an issue. The gym is quite small but functional with recent and good quality equipment.

People were running down the corridor at 1AM running and screaming (group of young adults in groups, in their 30s and 20s), making it very hard to fall sleep before 2AM. No one in the hotel did anything about it-I guess they had no cameras in that particular corridor, or were not paying attention at that time of night. Moreover, the room doors on the ground floor are not soundproof at all, making it possible to hear almost everything happening in the adjunct corridor. More over, room service did not take place for my room once during my 3 night stay for some unknown reason.

Nothing , everything was wonderful

Breakfast was typical American but probably the best one we had in 10 days of travelling and in differerent hotels. Room was clean. Parking was plentiful. Wifi worked well.

From check in to check out everything was super. No restaurant on site but a variety of places 5min walk away (was given a list at reception also) The room was clean, big & quiet. Breakfast was a large choice of waffles, cereals, breads, eggs etc Great stay all round. Used as a base to go into DC
