The lock to our room did not work properly. We asked for it to be fixed while we were out, but it was not. We came back around 2 am and were surprised to find our keys still did not work. The night manager had to take the lovk apart and add a new battery at that time. It delayed our entry by about a half hour. In addition, the keys still were not fixed and we still had challenges entering the room. We also had problems with the door not fully latching when closing and reported this to the front desk also. On another note, there was a large photo of the Iwo Jima memorial in the bedroom which was very distracting and upsetting. This would be especially bad if someone might be active or former military or lost a loved one to that war.

Great location. Indoor pool and nice lobby for working or sitting.

Power went out. WiFi was out. Pool was ice cold (not heated) and they didn’t have a basketball for the basketball court.
