The Hampton inn was clean the staff was great beautiful rooms.

It's not what didn't like just our heating system wasn't working. But the staff offered a room change and responded quickly to the room to check the unit but because it was so late we decided to stay because we was leaving the next day. But it was a cold nite lol But I appreciate the response very friendly staff.

Our stay was very brief; one night. I believe the front desk person’s name was Manny. He was very friendly and switched us to a room closer to the elevator (mobility issues for us both).

Everything was great except the bed. Location, room size, amenities, staff GREAT.

THE BED. Ugh the bed was so hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

"Overall, pretty good just really wanted a better shower experience"

The location was great regarding distance from my family that we were visiting and access to shopped in food and it’s always 10 out of 10 when they have a continental breakfast. Oh, and they also had a late check out for those visiting on the weekend, which is really useful

The water pressure and quality of the shower head was terrible unfortunately. I love a good shower, especially at hotels. They are some of the best moments of peace you’ll find before you return home to all the kids and chaos, but I did not receive that.
