Hampton Inn Warner Robins

Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice and location was great.

The bathroom door was not private (very large gap because it was a barn door slider) and the carpet was dirty with stains. Feet were black and sticky from the floor.. wore socks after this. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean though.

We don’t feel the latest renovation did enough to make this hotel someplace we would return to. Musty aroma in hallway and room, shoddy installation of safety bar in shower, aggravation of elevator not working correctly. As for breakfast, Saturday breakfast included the unusual treat of real scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately Sunday breakfast was back to low budget. Aside from all else it does need to be said that literally all the staff, from cooks to cleaners, and front desk were very curious and upbeat.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! Room was clean and nice!

Toilet lever was so rotted the chain fell off. Door wouldn’t close enough to lock with the bolt. Just needs a little better maintenance and cleaning. Had hair stuck to the bathroom door and pretty dirty under the vanity and corners around the bathroom and room. Staff were very nice

Property rooms are dated

We typically stay Hilton brand and have stayed here before. The hotel was still clean, but omg the a/c fan in the room was so loud in the room it was difficult to sleep, plus the mattress needed replaced and we rolled to the middle due to it more than likely being old. Breakfast gentleman was very friendly. Might skip this one and head on down to Tifton the next time we need a room for this route.

The hotel was nice and everything seemed clean but we did have a sticky floor (carpeted area). I normally do not ask to change rooms and we didn't this time but had I been staying more nights, I definitely would have. We got in really late and were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Other than that, the stay was great.
