"Good staff, good location and very clean but as described above very difficult to get a nights rest."

Good variety at breakfast and freshly prepared. Good location for my travel.

As explained to Hampton Inn questionaire: Window coverings did not cover the window (by design) and the hotel had a very tall high intensity parking lot light that shone directly into my room (#318) making night time day time. Also, unable to regulate the room temperature as it appears temp was controlled from some remote location.

Hotel was very nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. There are 2 reasons why i only gave 4 stars - cleaning was supposed to be done every other day but was not done at all.during our 3 night stay (had to request clean towels - received in about 5min) and curtanis are designed not to close all the way so the street light in the parking lot shined directly in my face all night long.
