The refund.

When we arrived at the property we saw that the building is under renovation and the north side is covered in plastic for interior renovations. Our room would have been behind the plastic wall. Reception staff told us this is noted on the website under "policies". There was no indication of this on the booking.com site nor the homepage. Thankfully we were able to cancel without penalties, and found a room nearby, although for a higher price. I am not impressed that neither booking.com nor Hampton Inn flagged the renovation more prominently.

No pool i didn't like going to the pool next door I know the aloft is in the same family of hotels why couldn't we use there pool and going outside in -22 was not good i would have booked another property

Le prix pour animaux qui est exagéré et même s’ils sont en rénovations, ça devrait être propre. Pourquoi payer le plein prix quand on n’a pas accès aux services, piscines????

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Hot beverage station was nice to have. Breakfast was good.

The pool and hot tub were closed due to renovations.

Breakfast was great, with lots of options and a bit of change each day. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean too.

To no fault of their own, the hotel was/is being renovated when we stayed so when we opened up our window the view was purely construction/beams/rubble. I’m not sure if it was an option but it would’ve been nice to have been put in a different room if it was possible as we had to keep the windows closed for the entire stay as workmen would be able to see directly into our window during the day.

Always a great place. The pool wasn’t working but renovations happen.

Our shower didn’t work. We notified the front desk in the morning. They offered another room to use the shower but we didn’t have time. All other times things have hmbeen great.

The Hotel in general was great. The employees were very helpfull and gentle. The rooms were clean. The included breakfast offered a good variety and was well-stocked. The parking was free and protected. It was considered a good choice for the price paid and i stongly recomended.
