Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

Amy at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome with her friendly personality and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Not only did she make check-in easy and pleasant, but she also checked back in with us to make sure everything was going well and offered great recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat. It’s clear that Amy truly cares about guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience even better, and she was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you, Amy, for making us feel so comfortable and appreciated! We hope management recognizes what a great asset you are.

Check in process was seamless, front desk employee was kind and it only took about 5 minutes. Location was central to tons of activities and direct beach access was great. Multiple pools and lazy rivers for kids, splash area was perfect.

Cons certainly outweighed the pros. Photos of the rooms are deceiving. Room looks sleek, new and modern based on photos however, when you get inside it’s the opposite. Continued to see roaches in my first room on top of other cleanliness issues. Even had roaches crawling in the refrigerator, opened the dishwasher and a roach fell out onto my foot. When I called the front desk the employee was extremely rude and insensitive began helping someone else while I was speaking. Room is not up to par for the price, I will not be back

We are having a wonderful stay here this week. Amy, the front desk receptionist, helped us with parking and getting us settled in. She is so patient and accommodating and knowledgeable. We are thrilled so far with our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this hotel ESPECIALLY for families with young and old children. You’ll love it.

Amy checked me in and she was awesome! She was super kind, explained the various locations for food/meals, discussed Patking and all of the other necessities. She’s a keeper! Give her a raise!!!!

Amy at the front desk is phenomenal! She made sure to ask us each and every day how we were doing and went out of her way to help us out on several different occasions. We loved her fun personality and recommend that Hilton hire more people just like her!

Props to Angie and Amy!!!! They did our family a solid! We are setting the bar high on this vacation for all future vacations with our kids! The room, the view, the hospitality…omg!!! Out of this world. First timers at Myrtle Beach and if everyone is this amazing…this is gonna be the trip of a lifetime!! Can I give 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As someone who works in “customer experience” you knocked it out of the park (yes I was listening for all the right things and you nailed it!!). Give these women a raise - they’re doing all the right things to keep your Hilton members and future members coming back.

This was my first time staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach SC. I am a Hilton Honors Member and making the reservation was nothing but Excellent 👌 I was here for my 55th bday 🎂 n the front desk clerk Angie was nothing but Excellent. Everything was Nice n hoping to return for a visit soon.

Locating Myrtle beach SC. Atmosphere great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Value is great .
