The front desk clerk, Amy, was very professional, kind and helpful to me and my family. She made checking in a BREEZE!

The location was not in the most inviting area. It appeared dirty, the outside of the hotel was dirty, the parking garage was dirty, trash and I seen dog Poop. They were doing renovations inside and outside, seem so chaotic. The pool area was very dirty, the rug out from the elevator was always nasty. a small boarded walkway to beach was nasty, and I actually seen like 2 big containers of cat food underneath and several cats ran out. The room was so small, I felt so enclosed. I could hear everything the people in next room were saying. No privacy at all. The carpet look so old and dirty, I was afraid to walk on it with no socks. The restaurant on site was clean, but I ordered a ceaser salad and I could not chew up the chicken.

This place was not clean. The bathroom in our room was barely cleaned. We were scared to take a shower without shoes on. Also, the beds seemed like it was already slept in (sheets appearing dirty). We spoke to the front desk about this several times.

It took forever to check in; the staff were moving slow and I didn't like some of the front desk staff they weren't helpful or nice. Some common areas were dirty, our room had a stain on the carpet. It took them forever to get our room ready

Amy was awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good stay no complaints.
