"It worked."

Room was clean and as a suite it was adequate. The lobby and breakfast area were very nice.

They were having issues with making room keys. So staff had to let us into the rooms. They did a great job running around to accommodate but it was still inconvenient. Also the “vending and ice”area on our floor was just ice and in a rather dirty out dated closet.

I loved the hot breakfast every morning n 24 hrs tea hot cocoa n coffee was a plus though

We were there 5 nights n they had to keep letting us in n out of our room we didn’t wanna stay out to late because we were worried about not being able to even get in infront n be completely locked out till someone came that’s not good for a well known also the pool was being renovated so that was closed down n then they left the doors open so the hallway to get to our room was freezing definitely didn’t think to experience this at all hotel like this one since it’s a top rated hotel was very unexpected from youll

"Lots of issues but the staff is doing their best"

The breakfast but the omelets and sausage were burnt some days. Staff was doing their best but the hotel is very low on staff.

I had a mouse in my room on the 5th floor. They put a $100 hold per night ( 4 nights =$400) in addition to your stay. This was not stated until you get to the hotel. It was cold in the lobby so at breakfast everyone wore a winter coat. The key system was down during my whole stay so i needed someone to open my room each time.

Bad breakfast. No digital key to get in and out of room. No tooth paste or tooth brush. TV did not work at all. Very dissappointed.

Location to the airport was tremendous, only problem was the TV, it didn’t work, called , sent someone up, got it working, he left, it shut off, never went back on!! I have an early morning flight so I just went to sleep
