Hampton Inn San Antonio Stone Oak

I liked that the room was close to a side door so we didn't have to drag our stuff through the lobby.

Room phone had no cord, staff was generally indifferent, Only had 1 towel in our room for 3 guests, they charged the $50 incidentals fee twice and didn't give us Honors points for our last night. Breakfast was premade frozen stuff they just reheated. Bed was hard as a rock.

Beds were comfortable

The desk and table were torn up and had to go to the 3rd floor for Ice. The pool was closed since the week before cause it needed to be cleaned in my opinion it doesn't take 8 days to get a pool cleaned!! Grandson was so disappointed 😞

ROACHES in the rooms. Switched from the first one because of a roach in the bathroom & then the second room also had one. Front desk guy because rude after I didn’t want to take another room and asked for a refund

The price and location.

I needed shampoo and shower gel, I text them and never got it.Also I arrived around @ 3:45 pm room wasn’t ready.I was told to come back in 30 minutes.Came back @ 4:30 pm and it took like 15 minutes due to the clerk not knowing what to do.Also he wanted to charge me again for the room instead of the accidental deposit.

If you need a place just to sleep and be out all day, it's a great place
