Rooms bad condition and old furniture require replacement Old TV, etc

Everything was good but I asked for superior room and got a standard one.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the quality of the room was not the greatest. The shower pressure was just a dribble. We did ask for them to check it and it went from a dribble to a sprinkle. One of sheet had an old blood stain on it so we took it off to sleep.

Terrible registration/check in experience. I had to change rooms 3 times as the AC did not work. The water pressure kept diminishing to almost nothing. Staff was friendly and most were helpful. This was my fifth time staying at this hotel.

Esta hubicado en un lugar muy practico. El personal muy amable. El agua esta tibia, no salia agua caliente, no le deje saber al personal. Esta okay.

Hotel its outdated, electronic doorknobs are very old couldn’t open it with the keys didn’t work even with the master key. No fridge, no microwave, very old TV’s no coffee maker. We asked for a coffee maker, they brought one very old, dirty and roaches inside. Disgusting. Any ways for a one night stay its ok but if you plan to spend more time I suggest you find a more modern hotel. I was very disappointed

It's a little bit old ,but the experience around its incredible, a lots of things to do...

The hotel location was great! It was in the downtown area. However, the place is run down and dirty. It is very old and unkept. They should take pride in this historic location and make it more enticing. Beware on the tours they offer. They charge adult prices on what should be a child and the Tequila tour is a ripoff. They were late for the two tours purchased and when you arrive to the locations you are rushed. Save your money and get an UBER and take your time enjoying this wonderful city.

Faucet in the shower was broken kept moving while showering. Told front desk and they supposedly fixed the problem.but didn't. Also the amount of water that was pouring out was little . Like if they couldn't afford water.

Great daytime location. Poor nighttime location. No hot water first part of stay, plenty afterwards. Reserved room for a week but had to return to the front desk each evening to "reset" my room key. Floor got more dusty each day until the last day my feet were black from walking around. Not sure when they wet mop. Things I liked: Big soft bed, hard to leave in the morning. TV options were good as well as wifi. Plenty of other options in the area, so it is unlikely I return
