This place is UNFIT for human beings and it’s incredible it's still on business. What we experienced at this property is not just unacceptable — it’s appalling. This place is a health hazard and should not be allowed to host guests. The stench, the filth, and the visibly stained towels and sheets make it clear that basic hygiene standards are being ignored. No human being should be subjected to such conditions. It is astonishing that you are still in business. Guests should be PAID to endure a night here, not charged. Your refusal to issue a full refund is disgraceful and will not go unchallenged. We are reporting your establishment to the local health and tourism authorities for immediate inspection and enforcement. Furthermore, we are urging Booking.com and other platforms to terminate all collaboration with your hotel without delay. This is not just a complaint — it is a demand for accountability. You are putting people at risk.

Very dirty. Had to change the room 3 times until I settled for a decent room with less roaches. As a choice rewards member they weren’t very accommodating. And they said they don’t have breakfast but the website says they do

The room i booked was non smoking but guest seen smooking and i was chocking in my room. The bedding has so much stains and the bathroom was in the bedroom plus too high to get in. The smell of the room was horrible.

WHAT A DUMP THE PLACE IS ANCIENT,NO MAID SERVICE,RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER HAD TO GOTO KING KULLEN ACROSS THE STREET.REALLY OLD,DIRTY,WALL PAPER PEALING, DISGUSTING.

Quiet place, accessible location, check in quick and smooth.

The property is outdated. Need to be remodeled

This property needs a lot of upgrade. I would never say here again. It was horrible.
