We had a fantastic family stay. The hotel itself is nice, with large rooms, giving prenty of space for a family of five to stay, and an amazing balcony view. The day trips were fun, and easy to handle for small children. The landscaping around the resort is beautiful.

The reserve is a bit dated looking at this point. It would not take much to spruce it up. The pool area just needs to be retiled, and the whole reserve needs a fresh coat of paint. With fairly minimal effort, the reserve could look a whole lot nicer.

Practicamente todo. Nos encanta este lugar. Seguro volveremos. El personal es excelente. Las habitaciones muy buenas y todos los espacios en general son super bellos. La comida, riquísima.

La piscina. Afuera, me corté el pie con una baldosa suelta (hay muchas quebradas y un solo cono no ayuda a clientes ancianos y casi ciegos) y dentro como tal, el agua siempre está verde aunque vi que limpiaban en la mañana algo no sale bien.

The property was gorgeous. The food was delicious. The beds were amazing. I love the hammock on the balcony overlooking the river and seeing parrots. I love the Safari.

There was no hot water in the showers, but there was hot water in the sink
