Die zentrale Lage, sehr nah an Straßenbahnen, Zentrum und Altstadt (das Münster). Ein Lebensmittelladen war gleich nebenan. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Frühstückszeit war aufgrund von Platzmangel zeitlich beschränkt und fand in drei Schichten statt. Das sorgte für ein bisschen Stress und Zeitdruck.

Das Zimmer lag Richtung "Hof" und war ruhig. In der geplanten Frühstückszeit stand alles zur Verfügung, was man brauchte. Da die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist, kann man jederzeit Fragen stellen, seinen Zimmerschlüssel im Haus lassen und wird immer ausnehmend freundlich behandelt.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, bietet aber keine Abwechslung, somit weiß man immer, was einen erwartet, wenn man mehrere Tage dort ist.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich bzw. die Nachmittagsbesetzung des Empfangs neutral, das Frühstück ausreichend. Man hat einen extra Raum (ohne Aufpreis) zur Verfügung gestellt in dem ich mit meinem Haustier frühstücken konnte.

Am Empfang wurde mir tags zuvor allerdings sehr barsch mitgeteilt, dass das eine Ausnahme sei. Das nächste Mal solle ich mir 'gefälligst' ein anderes Hotel suchen. Ich solle doch meinem 14-jährigen Hund beibringen, wie er sich alleine im Hotelzimmer ruhig Verhalten könne, wenn ich nochmals kommen wolle. Kann man auch netter Verpacken. Der Boden hatte einen unappetitlichen Flecken direkt neben dem Bett (siehe Bild)
