The lounge areas: indoor as well as outdoor, plenty of choices so there is opportunity for privacy as well as relaxation. The restaurant offered a Sunday brunch that I missed out on. It looked exceptional.

4th floor, room 437 — sound similar to security door alarm cycles with the floor’s ventilation. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Avoid rooms in this vicinity.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We enjoyed one of the Belvedere suites which are huge! Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices an a great coffee machine. The highlight however is the stunning pool. A beautiful long pool with a long featured old wall on one side made it a perfect place to chill out. Plenty of sun lounges. Poolside bar. We love it! Staff are excellent. We enjoyed a great Caesar salad one lunch time! Close to the old town and great recommendations for restaurants. we would stay here again!

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro città. Colazione eccezionale, completa di tutto e di più.

Il parcheggio è vicino ma stretto. Non abbiamo avuto un aiuto per il trasporto dei bagagli.

Facilities and location are superb

Everything was great but on our trip we’ve stayed in other hotels and they’ve offered a slightly more personalised service with commentary benefits which we missed here.

Nice infrastructure but a feisty French attitude from the 1970s. As an example, you can be out all day (9 to 3) and your room still won't be cleaned. Separate staff clean the room and separate staff re-stock the coffee and water. After our room was finally cleaned , we found no coffee or water had been re-stocked. Making a special trip to the front desk, I explained this to the desk clerk and he said : no, coffee is always re-stocked first. Did he think I was lying about a couple of Nespresso pods? After explaining again, we did not receive coffee, rather than apology, he retrieved some pods and trickled them into my hands like 30 pieces of silver. At $300 a night, I expect the customer to be right every time about coffee pods.

De ligging aan de rand van het centrum van Aix en Provence op loopafstand maar toch rustig!

Het blijft toch wel heel jammer dat het zwembad pas om 10.00u. opengaat om te zwemmen. Zou fijn zijn om ‘s morgens voor het ontbijt even te kunnen zwemmen!
