Hotel Baseler Hof

Отличный персонал, наш номер был готов к 10 утра, есть комната для хранения багажа, полноценные и разнообразные завтраки, приятная публика, отличное месторасположение - очень удобно добираться общественным транспортом, а по самому центру можно гулять пешком. В отеле выдают транспортную карту на 3 дня, что является просто прекрасным бонусом! Цена ниже, чем на аналогичные отели в этом же районе!

The location of the hotel is convenient to the city centre and all its attractions. We had a wonderful four nights here. We were given a pass for the Hamburg transport system; we made full use of it .

Overall the hotel is very good. We visited in early June; it was warm and we wondered if the room might be too hot during the summer months as our room didn't have air conditioning

We were lucky with our room on the 7th floor, it had a brilliant view of The Alster. The room itself was pretty small but had everything we needed. The hotel has a certain charm, it's as old fashioned as it tries to keep up with modern life. We appreciated the free travel pass for buses and trains in Hamburg. It's just a 3 minute walk to the next bus station and U-Bahn, and a 4 minute walk to Planten un Blomen, a beautiful massive park with fantastic gardens, a playground and light shows (not to be missed!)

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, however the gluten free options were poor and inedible (in plastic heated up bread rolls that were smelly, tasteless and pulpy in the middle). We only had it once, and found better breakfast options in the city for the rest of our stay.

Sehr gut Lage. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Jungfernstieg. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Alles sauber und Informationen problemlos zu finden.

Der Checkin hätte etwas freundlicher sein können. Wenn man spät am Abend ankommt, möchte niemand noch diskutieren, sondern schnell ins Zimmer oder noch etwas essen im Restaurant.
