Loved the location, very walkable from everything including the beach. Would be tough with all your beach gear though.

There isn't anything I didn't about the property except the parking, and wait times for help from staff.

Location and friendly and welcoming staff. Small kitchenet. Pool Bar.

Bed was not comfortable, poor housekeeping service. Simple and small quantity of breakfast selection once is gone is gone no replenishment if too close to close time.

"Incredible location & staff, a vacationers dream!"

The staff here is absolutely incredible! They all go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, comfortable, and have everything you need. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a beautiful little spot! The pool bar was convenient and the bartender was great. This hotel is also in a great location! From the hotel, you walk just a few minutes through a beautiful park and then you arrive at a sandy beach with perfect swimming spots! You are also minutes from delicious food trucks, stores that carry anything you need, and you are close by some major shopping centers! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and next time I am in Honolulu I will definitely be staying here again!

"Best Staff in Waikiki"

We had a wonderful stay, but what truly made the experience exceptional were two valets, Ralph and Miles. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful recommendations, or welcoming guests with a warmth. Ralph and Miles exemplify outstanding hospitality and customer service. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me. Employees like them are a huge asset to the hotel and are the main reason I would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Croix. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was also very good and offered great value for the price. Janice at the front desk was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and sincere hospitality made a great impression and added to the overall experience.
