Hotel La Croix

The rooms are spotless and spacious, and the location couldn’t be more convenient, it is steps from the tourist district, Waikiki Beach, and public transport. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcome. My wife and I booked a bronze room, and as luck would have it, we were celebrating our wedding during our stay. When managers Quintin, Bruce, and Vince heard the news, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their finest rooms, complete with ocean views and access to the Terrace Lounge. A truly unforgettable touch.

Location was quite central to shopping, dining and not too far from the beach. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fair, however dining area was very small and breakfast supplies weren't being replenished as quickly as could have been depending on the staff member in attendence.

Biggest dissappointment was the final settlement of our account which couldn't be handled by the attending staff due to a "systems change over" resulting in breakfasts being charged twice. It took 4 weeks and several emails before refunds were processed.

We booked this hotel for a night based on great price and wonderful reviews. We just needed one night before we got on a cruise. Had no idea that this hotel was going to be the greatest experience ever! Vince welcomed us and made us feel like family instantly! He gave us great ideas and info for our short stay. He made us feel so special! He is evidence that great customer service can still exist in this world! The entire staff is very friendly and eager to help. The location is perfect being at the beginning of Waikiki and surrounded by two parks. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the sauna. Because of this hotel and Vince, we now want to come back to stay longer! Thank you Vince for the fun and the hope in knowing that people do still care and go above and beyond for others!

Locker didn’t work and the hooks for towels are falling, but besides that it’s amazing ;)

位置好，性价比很高的酒店，步行到Wakiki海边和热闹的地方，机场蓝线下车走走就到，非常方便，能实现靠公共交通在瓦湖岛游玩。楼下就有一个ABC小超市，吃的喝的都有。

Location perfetta vicino waikiki! Comfort così e così, se vuoi risparmiare un pochino e ti sai adattare va benissimo.

Ho soggiornato con una collega per una conferenza e abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà ad ottenere la ricevuta del pagamento (indispensabile ad entrambe per motivi amministrativi). La struttura è stata parzialmente rimodernata ma ancora i bagni sono vecchi e in stanza c'è la moquette. Abbiamo trovato blatte in stanza, per fortuna sono venuti ad eliminarla ma ci hanno detto che è comune, alle hawaii, che le blatte risalgano dagli scarici.
