The toilet and shower wasn't working and there was a ts in the room. The pool was also disgusting with white stuff floating around.

I was coming off the road later than expected due to weather and traffic. Didn't think I'd make it there by midnight so I thought to call the front desk to let them know. The front desk worker assured me that it would be OK. I was extremely tired and was greeted with one of the WARMEST "Helloooooooo. You must be Myles..." I've had the pleasure to encounter in a long time. Her name was Chassidy (so sorry if I spelled it wrong). Her smile and presence, coming around the corner, gave me the boost i needed to just make it to my room. Her encouragement, energy, and engagement reassured me that I had chosen the right place. Ma'am, thank you so much for your hospitality at that given time. You treated me as if I was family, & I truly appreciate you for making my stay beyond what I was expecting.

Everything was to my liking. I have no complaints. We lost power and the keys stopped working. However the staff made sure the ship sailed and that everyone was taken care of. Maintenance wise, the corner of the blackout curtains, in room 222, were down. Other than that, the stay was perfect because that really wasn't THAT noticeable.
