It was conveniently placed near everywhere I needed to go.

My room key got deactivated about 5-6x so I did a lot of walking to get it turned back on. It’s not really a complaint because the staff was super helpful. More pool towels would have been nice.

The kids loved having a pool. The room was large for a family of 4 with sofa and 2 queen beds. Plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was great.

"Almost deadly rude staff."

The location

They mislabeled a breakfast item and my son ate one of his allergens. They were sneaky and would not admit their mistake. The pool was filled with disgusting water and not usable. It shouldn’t drained. In the unused pool area they laid out dirty mattresses to clean.
