The check-in process took longer than it should have. The clerk was on the phone while we waited for 10 minutes or more. Then she started taking care of us and the phone rang again and she took that call while we waited, just long enough for her to get their number to call them back at least. - All through the night I heard doors closing up on 2nd floor. - It appeared that a lot of laborers stayed there, even over the weekend, from seeing their work trucks in the parking lot. - The breakfast items were kept well stocked. - The bed was comfortable and room was large. The bathroom was very small and poorly laid out.

"The stay was not pleasant and the hotel price was inflated for this hotel and I feel like the pictures from the website"

Nothing

Sofa bed was filthy and had nasty dirt or food on it when we arrived. Couldn’t get in our room all week long. Everyday and like 2-3 times daily we had to go downstairs and get new keys and the elevator broke so we had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times as we were tired and couldn’t get in our room to go to sleep. This was very frustrating on the staff and my family. Elevator went out of service!
