"Doesn't even begin to compare to the Crystal Inn in Brigham City."

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. I felt that the choices were limited. The location was fine. The room was not clean. We moved to a different room--when I saw sticky handprints on the mirror I wasn't sure the room had even been cleaned. The 2nd room wasn't much better. Both rooms had filthy entry floors. The method of mopping is not working to get up the dirt. I saw the maid cart and all she has to mop with is a swiffer with a towel tied around it. I assume she sprays the floor and goes over it with the swiffer. It is not working. There were hairs and dirt on both floors. I actually mopped the floor so I felt like I could walk on it.

See above paragraph. I don't want to type it again. Not sure what kind of mattresses you have. We slept fine even though the bed was lumpy. The shower was good as were the towels. Front desk who checked us in couldn't have been more bored. The man at the desk when we checked out was very happy and pleasant. Totally different than check in.

"Aucune isolation, équipement de mauvaise qualité"

- petit déjeuner avec du choix - Frigo fonctionnel

- lit de très mauvaise qualité, d’énormes douleurs au dos au réveil - Isolation inexistante, nous avons entendu toute la nuit le voisin du dessus qui marchait. Impossible de dormir - Clim ne rafraîchit pas toute la chambre - Eau pas assez chaude
