"A beautiful hotel for a relaxing time in Nusa Dua"

+ huge and elegant rooms + pool, gym, spa and many other facilities + a 5 star hotel at this price point is an excellent deal + good breakfast, a lot of variety

- a small con: beaches in this area are not particulary beautiful compared to the southern part of Nusa Dua, water looks a bit murky. Luckily, the hotel has a spectacular swimming pool and other beaches are reachable within a 10-15 mins ride

"Older hotel not worth the price"

Staff were very helpful and nice.

The mattress in the bed was very old and sagged. The floor was dirty, my feet would be black from walking around. The first room I was assigned smelled musty. The food in the japanese restaurant was very average.

Breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of variety. The room was big and beds extra large and comfortable. Views are nice and so is the pool area with direct access to the beach.

Not 5* hotel service. The restaurant food wasn't great even though we tried the 3 different ones they have.

"Loved it. My kids had fun in the pool."

Breakfast was excellent. Many restuarants just outside the hotel. View facing the sea was very nice. The pool was clean and well kept. The spa was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I wish they had a shop inside the hotel for some retail therapy.
