Broadbeach Holiday Apartments

Great location. Room had everything we needed. Large bed, balcony, wifi.

Have to check in at one building and then walk 5 doors down into another building to get to your room. Instructions a little confusing at first.

Lovely front desk staff who were kind, welcoming and explained how to get to our apartment very clearly and easily :) Check in was very efficient and quick, and our apartment was ready well in advance before our arrival which was awesome. Very clean apartment and surrounding facilities, plenty of restaurant and cafe options within walking distance. I like how there was a side entrance specifically for the tower we were staying in. Apartment was clean with lovely decor and very comfortable beds. Loved how woolies was basically across the road in case we needed to get extra supplies etc. Very convenient for walking to the convention centre for attending Supanova Comic Con. Apartment had all the supplies you needed and was perfect for what we needed for our stay.

The car park was a bit confusing with no assigned spots except for which tower you were in- my friends and I also found it difficult to find a free space when we came back from an event one evening- lots of no parking spots made available spots very limited and signs were lacking. Not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things just made it difficult for my friend who needed to park her car.

The location, cleanliness, amenities

The location was convenient to everything that we needed and the view from our room was amazing. The actual apartment was very well furnished, modern and a pleasure to stay in.

Lovely staff, professional, polite and friendly. The apartment was well appointed and clean. A great place to stay in the heart of Broadbeach. Will definitely stay again.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like.

Absolutely love staying The Phonecian. The location is amazing with wonderful facilities. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy our time here in Broadbeach.

Location is very good and gym and pool facilities also useful

There was just a few things to improve and really only minor things, as otherwise the stay was great. The fan didn’t work (possibly a new battery in remote required but I was only there for a short time, so didn’t get to Investigate further) The two beds pushed together needed a thicker underlay as you could feel the ridges on the beds in the middle so mildly uncomfortable. Wifi didn’t work And there were no tissues in the room.
