"Central beautiful hotel in Bolzano"

Amazing central location, excellent high quality breakfast, a big renovated room with all the amenities.

They do not offer the Bolzano card or Ritten card that provides guests with free rides in the local buses and cables. This card is offered in most hotels in the area. It is a shame for such high quality hotel.

Hotel très bien situé, très bon accueil et on a eu 1 upgrade pour la chambre. Assez grande chambre avec petite terrasse. Le réceptionniste nous avait même recommandé un super petit restaurant pour la soirée. Excellent petit-déjeuner le matin avec des produits de qualité , il ne manquait rien. Service café/thé à table par une serveuse très sympathique et souriante.

"Centrally located hotel with excellent staff service and very good amenities"

The location could not be better. The underground parking was convenient and was connected to the hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. Amenities provided were of good quality and bed mattress was firm. Breakfast was also excellent. Most of all the staff were very kind and helpful.
