"Lift your Game"

Check in.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now. The hotel mis looking old, visible damage in the hallways and near lift which does not present well. Meals are over priced - $90 for one spare rib?? On check out I was told the bill was all settled when in fact my wife was paying for one item - the clerk had no regard in asking if I want the charts to be placed on my holding card and didn't seem to interested in fixing the situation. What if I wanted to pay with another card which was my intention. We had milk in the fridge which was thrown out by the cleaning staff and not replaced. Only minor thinks but they all add up and I will find it hard to return to The Point.

Point Hotel is in an excellent location in Brisbane. The accommodation ticked all the boxes, and it can only be better when they are finished their renovations. I look forward to returning!
