Very clean

To start with had a bad taste in my mouth at the beginning. I was outside the main door with my suitcases. No one came to help me. Thy could see me from the inside. Finally I’ve call reception and asked for help. Next day the waiter keep repeating the wrong room number at the restaurant. He brought me the bill with the wrong number. When I’ve corrected him, he blame on me and never came back to see if I was doing ok. Overall was an ok experience, but I wouldn’t give more than 3.5 stars. The hotel is not that nice!

On our first night we realized the AC was not working so we notified the property first thing in the morning. They told us when we returned to our room they would get maintenance to fix the issue, they said they has 24 maintenance service. That was not accurate when we returned to our room in the afternoon once again we went to front desk and they told us that someone would be going to fix the issue cause no more rooms were available. We never asked for another room but this lead me to believe we weren’t the only ones complaining of this issue. We waited for 3 hours and no one went to our room we proceeded to go to front desk once again and all they said is they would be putting a portable Fan in our room. Not once did anyone acknowledge or address our first request that the ac was not working. I was so excited to stay at this hotel but unfortunately our stay was quite uncomfortable due to the heat.

I love this hotel. The staff and concierge were very polite and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a great location with coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is clean and well managed. Our room on the 12th floor was quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite good but always very busy with business groups and large tours. We stayed for 3 nights. The last two nights our air conditioning didn’t work properly. The maintenance tried to fix it, said they did, but it was not fixed. We got a fan which helped. But the location was great- loads of restaurants nearby and very safe. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Property was located in a good area, easy to walk to. Only negative was the first night it was loud, could her music from a club next door and we were on the 8th floor, you have a thermostat but can't lower or raise the temperature.
