Personal muy atento y amable, bien ubicado y seguros alrededores con gran variedad de cafes, restaurantes y negocios varios.

Absolutely in the best location! The room was modern, clean and spacious.

Estuvo todo vien

Love staying here, clean and walking distance to several must see places. The bell boys are excellent the lady at reception not so much but the rest is great will stay here again.

La estadía solo fue por un par de días, el área al rededor habían muchas opciones de restaurante y el buffet de desayuno muy conveniente

Luis the bell boy and his evening shift coworker (bald head-sorry for not catching his name) were very attentive and helpful. The morning bell boys not so much. The rooms were very clean and accommodating! I had very little interaction with the front desk, but otherwise very helpful. The restaurant! The evening staff really nice and attentive. The food was great. Margarito, the morning waiter took care of our table well and was attentive. On our last day, the other waiters were not as attentive, never bringing us the menus taking a long time with the food and a lot of the breakfast foods were cold. Shredded chicken and beans in particular would have been great if served hot. The juices and alcoholic beverages were amazing!

Hotel well localized, near restaurants (such as Don Assado), parks and other facilities. Good breakfast with many varities of food. It was a great experience at Laila Hotel.
