Cheated me out of my bond by saying I didnt pick a pet room - we were driving through Childers and got lost. My daughter found a pet friendly hotel and she booked while I was driving. We checked in late and left before 730am. When I rang 10 days later to enquire about my 200 bond, I was told I had frauded them (by mistake - we chose a PET FRIENDLY motel) then tried to say my room was dirty and had drugs in it. I am level 2 genuis member with booking I've never ever not had a bond refunded and the room was clean when I left. They wont provide evidence just cheated me of 200 plus the 180 per night. I was there 12 hrs. The pool was closed and we didnt have toilet paper. Absolute disgrace

Absolutely nothing

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. No hot water. No sound insulation, especially from road noise. Noisy fridge that leaks water with three feet that spills everything when opening door.
