Hotel is dirty. Sheets had to be changed like two times before i could even sleep i had to change rooms three times. Carpet is dirty and the whole hotel smell

First off concierge was not friendly. The whole place had an odor. It says no smoking yet the lobby, the halls, the rooms all smelt like cigarettes and incense. Next the bathroom was stocked with a half roll toilet paper and when I called for more he told me I was gonna be charged $10 for a new roll. Next the towels, they were stained brown and yellow and reeked of urine. I was charged $216 for a room I stayed in for one night that I tried to stay out of for as long as I could. On top of that there was no water in the pool. Had I known that I would have made different accommodations as I have children. And I checked out at 8am for the fact that my whole family woke up with a headache.

My stay was less than enjoyable. My wife and i were very disappointed. There was a hole in the ceiling in the restroom over the shower area. The door wasn't very secure and the furniture was outdated.

After checking in and getting to our rooms, my group of travelers and I discovered several concerns: bathroom doors (yes, pleural) that were falling apart and didn’t close properly, water dripping from the ceiling of the shower, water puddles in the bathroom floor, a bathroom that had not been cleaned (opened body wash and shampoo containers remained in the shower area and no toilet paper), dirty microwave, curtains falling off the hangers. These were issues I was aware of prior to checking with all travelers in our group. Those of us that had concerns about cleanliness or safety were allowed to move to a different room. It is an old building that is in need of a major overhaul, and an establishment that needs a more conscientious cleaning and maintenance staff. For $100 per night, it kept us off the streets.

Only had two pillows per bed. Asked for a few extra and they said they were out. No hot coffee at check in or during breakfast. Beds are old and sink in.

Restroom was not Flushing, shower was not working plus rooms were smelling and blankets and pillows were not clean

1 star. DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room smelled of pee. There were pee stains on both beds. Blood stains and dirty black stains on the bedsheets. There was a blue stain on one of the blankets. Clearly, they did not wash the sheets and blankets from the previous guests that stayed there. My parents and I had trouble sleeping the first night, knowing we were sleeping on a dirty bed.

The rooms smell bad with cigarettes, bath room, toilet clogged, please address these issues

This hotel is dated . The lobby and carpet was not clean although our room was ok. The toilet seat was broken - literally falling off . It needs a good cleaning , some attention to decor and there were weeds everywhere. This was not a good value at all A smell of Indian cooking pervaded our hall . Breakfast was very poor and area dirty. Honestly - I would like at least half of our money refunded .
