"We paid a lot of nights and rooms , so what ever mess that’s you guys responsibility is to clean"

Nice breakfast, nice people serving it… and it is a good location that’s why I paid a lot of nights.

First time we enter the room it smells bad, i inform the manager and one the staff . Also, the manager suppose to be the main person to act nice to people but the problem is she’s rude to us , I don’t know if she’s races or what ….what ever mess that’s you guys responsibility to clean everything, that’s why we paid a lot of money for nights and rooms … so don’t complain cause we paid rooms for you guys salaries …

"Avoid at all costs!!!!"

My Daughter is traveling alone. We booked this place but when she showed up the place was trashy. And alot of shaddy looking people, she was not feeling safe. She walked in and canceled, but they still charged us $80.. even though she booked the place 2hrs prior. Rude person who answered the phone. Manager not present, not willing to give manager or corporate contact info. Ive stayed at alot of la quintas and expected it to at the least feel safe for my daughter. After seeing the reviews im glad she did not stay here. Manager never did call back... Avoid at all costs!!!!

Staff was great had to getv2 different reservations through booking.com because they wouldn't let me add a day to my stay through the website staff was accommodating and we were able to stay in same room

The motel was great only issues we had was with booking.com

"A nice relaxing stay."

I really enjoyed relaxing in the indoor hot tub.

The shower and bathroom are very small and cramped. Also the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place to do its job properly.

"Beyond Expected Customer Service"

Daemon, the night front desk, was incredibly helpful. I made a date error in booking, and he dedicated his efforts to help correct my error. I feel like he went beyond normal efforts to help a guest in a stressful position, and he did so in a friendly and positive manner. He turned what could have been a bad vacation memory into an enjoyable stay.
