"Not as pet friendly as they used to be"

I have stayed at this place for the past four years and had good experiences this year when I called to double check about dogs they would not allow my four dogs that I’ve always had there in the past four years, sad. Even if I’m not traveling with dogs, I will never stay here again.

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY YOU WILL REGRET IT"

Nothing it was dirty/ filthy upon arrival. While the current clerks did behind the desk doing nothing as she could have been cleaning and preparation for guests to arrive. They still charged me for my full day, even though I arrived, took note of the unsanitary conditions. Stated that I wouldn’t be staying there because of unsanitary conditions, but they still chose to charge me. Do not stay here if you are concerned about health and cleanliness.

The hotel was very dirty and filthy, and the staff were not accommodating when it came to a refund or partial refund

"Worst Hyatt experience"

Do not recommend. No service, didn’t have hot water during shower and no one cared. Toilet clogged, windows dirty. Horrible breakfast.

"Didn't stay because of door keys not working and service"

Our room wouldn't unlock to open. We tried 3 new cards. Still nothing. We weren't offered help or another room. We ended up canceling the room at 2:30am...Service wasn't there and it would of been nice to have a room since we drove 2.5 hours away. Maybe next time will be better
